When foreign materials accumulated to certain amount, oil passing capacity reduced and oil circle level becoming higher. When oil circle level reaching setting point, filter paper motor started to remove dirty oil paper and putting new filter paper.

Filtering accuracy: 15-20 μm.

Maintenance and Adjustment:

1.  Floating bobber should be in normal working status

2.  Cleaning filter paper box timely and cleaning filtering machine when drilling machine being cleaned.

3.  When chain net needs adjusting, just turn adjusting screw.

4.  The drum filter machine is for all kinds of lubricants, cooling agents, organic/inorganie liquids, drinks and oils

5.  Change lubricating grease in gear box once every 6 months

6.  Change lubricating grease of driving shaft bearings once every 6 months.

7.  Clean dirty box timely

Transportation and Installation:

1. During lifting, machine case should be balanced and no collision should happen. Open package   

    inspection is necessary.

2. Putting the machine on oil tank; putting machine power plug on main machine power socket; making 

    motor connection; putting dirty box; putting filter paper on rack; pulling filter paper over chain net; filter   

     paper end being put into dirty box.
